This Booking and Cancellation Policy governs all cruise bookings made through Tripzoas. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Bookings become valid only when full or partial payment is received and confirmation is issued.
Depending on the operator’s requirements, a deposit or full payment may be necessary at the time of booking. All charges, taxes, and fees must be paid by the customer. Tripzoas is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the cruise operator after booking.
Any changes to existing bookings — such as passenger names, travel dates, or cabin categories — are subject to the cruise operator’s policies and availability. Change requests may incur modification fees or fare differences.
Cancellations made by the customer must follow the timeline set out in this policy. The cancellation fee depends on how far in advance the request is made relative to the departure date. Non-refundable bookings will not qualify for refunds.
Typical cancellation timelines are as follows:
More than 60 days before departure: partial refund or credit may apply.
30–59 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge.
Less than 30 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation charge applies.

In cases where the cruise operator cancels or modifies the itinerary for operational reasons, Tripzoas will assist in arranging an alternative option, travel credit, or refund as permitted by the operator’s terms.
Force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, port closures, or government restrictions may cause unavoidable disruptions. In such cases, Tripzoas will follow the cruise operator’s guidelines for rescheduling or partial refunds.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banking and operator timelines. Tripzoas is not liable for delays outside our control.
All customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen disruptions. Tripzoas is not liable for any financial loss beyond the scope of the operator’s refund policy.
Name corrections or transfer of bookings to another passenger are allowed only if permitted by the operator and may incur administrative fees. Unauthorized resale or transfer of bookings is strictly prohibited.
Tripzoas reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or regulatory violations. In such cases, we will notify the customer and handle any refunds per the applicable conditions.
By confirming a booking through Tripzoas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. Tripzoas may revise this policy at any time to reflect operational or legal changes, and updated terms will apply to future bookings.
