Tripzoas acts as an intermediary between users and cruise operators. We provide booking and reservation facilities but do not own or operate the cruise vessels. All final travel arrangements and onboard experiences are subject to the respective operator’s terms and conditions.

All prices and availabilities displayed on our site are subject to change without prior notice. A booking is only confirmed once full or partial payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Tripzoas. In case of pricing or listing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the booking accordingly.

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during booking. Any errors, such as misspelled names or incorrect travel details, may result in additional charges or the inability to board, for which Tripzoas will not be held responsible.

Payments must be made using accepted payment methods, and users must ensure sufficient funds or valid payment authorization. Tripzoas reserves the right to cancel bookings for failed, fraudulent, or delayed payments.

Tripzoas is not responsible for schedule changes, cancellations, route adjustments, or operational disruptions caused by the cruise operator or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, mechanical issues, or government regulations. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist affected customers.

Users must not misuse our platform. This includes engaging in illegal activity, attempting to hack or disrupt services, submitting false information, or infringing on other users’ rights. Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or legal action.

All content on Tripzoas, including logos, graphics, images, text, and layout, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripzoas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tripzoas, its employees, and partners harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law.

Tripzoas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice. Any active bookings will continue to be handled according to the terms in effect at the time of booking.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal or state courts.
